Here at Goosecross our first priority has always been to establish a personal relationship with every customer. With that in mind, we’ve created this highly interactive education community. We offer wine education, entertainment, and wine appreciation information from an insider’s perspective and invite you to become involved.

Goosecross Cellars

We are a family winery, here in the Napa Valley, specializing in producing small lots of several exceptional wines including our two flagships–Carneros Chardonnay and Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Located in the Yountville AVA, we’re proud of the fact that we’ve earned a reputation as an off-the-beaten path “find” that allows visitors to enjoy a small Napa winery up close and personal, and far from the hustle and bustle.

Customers are our first priority in every facet of our winery and this extends well beyond just selling wine. Our Owner/Winemaker, Geoff Gorsuch (pronounced Jeff), crafts each of our wines with our customer’s preferences in mind. This starts in the vineyard with sustainable farming practices, and ends in the bottle with wines that reflect true varietal character and a sense of place. Our limited-production wines are approachable, consistent and affordable, year after year. And Geoff makes a point of working closely with business partner, Colleen Topper, to produce food-friendly wines (since we all like to eat well)!

For collectors and connoisseurs, we offer our artisan series of wines named ÆROS®. This series of wines exemplify a sensual expression of purpose, form, and passion.

We sincerely hope you’ll take full advantage of Napa Valley Wine Radio and also make plans to visit us soon! You’ll need to walk through our wine tanks and may need to step over a hose or around our winemaker to get into our tasting room because it’s located right in our barrel cellar. Our guests have the opportunity to walk through the vineyards and see, first hand, the intricacies of a real working winery and often end up chatting with me, Geoff or my wife Colleen about the wines. It’s how most wineries in Napa Valley used to be, and why our customers return to Goosecross over and over again.
